It is my goal to have a business reputation of being "THE SHOP" to go to when a computer issue needs to be resolved. I will provide 5 star service without breaking your wallet. Please call or email to arrange an appointment. I have no regular hours of business at this time. I have been repairing computers since 1998 for friends and family. I have more than a year of experience in a retail computer repair shop. Web design and development has been a passion for the last 9 years. I finally made the decision to go out on my own and work at what I love doing. Until Cass County Computer Repair is well established I will be working from my home. Low overhead means a growing business and savings for my customers. After hearing from friends about horror stories they experienced in "big box" computer stores I made up my mind that the way to get and keep customers was to provide unparalleled service. I will treat your data as if it were my own. There will be no operating system reinstallations that destroy your data, documents and photos without saving the data first. At times some data is infected by a virus and cannot be saved - but that is a fairly rare occurance. If you haved had a "big box store" data loss, give me a call. Do NOT use or even start the computer when you get it back. Bring it to me and I will make every effort to recover your documents and photographs. Chances are, if the computer has not been used, some, or even all, of the data can be recovered. If I cannot save any of your data, your cost will be $0.00
