Had lunch in Muncie I parked in an empty lot next to the resteraunt, when I came out 2 hours and fifteen minutes later Nyes had towed my car, explenation: I was 15 minutes over the parking time limit $40.00 for lunch, $100.00 tow bill, getting towed from an empty parking lot priceless! Needles to say no more lunches in Muncie.
