I called on a Thursday and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. I stayed home from work and sat by the phone that day. When no one showed up by late Tuesday afternoon, I called again and was told a technician would soon contact me. After hearing nothing by mid-day on Wednesday, I called again. Was told, yet again, that a technician would soon be in touch. Maybe 30 minutes later I get a call back telling me "whoops -- thought we already called you. Turns out we can't help you. Suuuper sorry." So I wasted a day's work, plus a week waiting for an A/C repair all for nothing.

Mike and the guys have done work for us for many years we would not use anyone else. They are top notch!
