      My furnace went and a repairman came out the next day. He put in a temporary part while ordering the proper part. Three months had past when I called inquiring about the ordered part. The clerk said she had it for a while and doesn't know why I wasn't notified. The repairman came out days later and put on an unrequested part, slapped me with a stiff labor cost and a diagnosis fee- job only took 10 minutes. I can respect the diagnosis fee, but shouldn't labor be part of the diagosis fee, for at least the first hour. Stay on these guys- make them do it right the first time.
