Don't sign anything untl you read it first. They showed up with adjuster and had me sign papers to do the work and tried to jump into cleaning out by fire damaged house before I was even ready for them to start because I wasn't even given an estimate from them or my adjuster for 4 weeks and come to find out she trusted them todo the estimate and it was totally wrong and they had left so many things out of the estimate that there was $30,000 dollars difference between their original estimate and my adjusters final estimate. I ultimately was paid enough to pay off the house and demo it. If I would have listened to Hays employee I would have been stuck with paying them for doing work to my house when I could justpay it off and tear it down. BAD BAD Business in my book! They did jump right into fast but way too fast!
