Dr. Carro is an excellent Physician. He is thoughtful, kind and very smart. He genuinely cares about his patients. He has help me. I recommend Dr. Carro without any reservations.

I went in on a Wed. for pain in my left shoulder and arm after going to the ER on Monday and finding out that I had basically a pinched nerve. They suggested that I have a block done on that nerve. They were going to try and set it up for Thurs. I called and left messages on Thur. and Fri. no call back was made. I finally called and asked for the person that handles the referals and was told they were waiting on the MRI results. I did not have an MRI. She said they were waiting on the CT results and approval from the Insurance Co. The insurance company had not been contacted yet as far as they could see. I was told it would be next week before they could get it done. I bet if they had been in this pain over a week they would get something done. When I got finished with the visit on Wed. I felt that all would be taken care of and did a review on their site and gave them nothing but top scores. I take that back.
