Mr. Pennell was very nice. Came to our property to assess the work to be done. After talking with him he had asked if there were any wetlands on the property after telling him I was not sure he went back and on his own found the DEP map which indicated there was. He put me in contact with a wetland specialist when he could have just taken my money gave me a survey of my property and then told me there was wetland which would have meant another survey. He was very upfront with information and i am very glad he was.
