i had this company do a 4 point inspection on my mobile home, they said everything was good, 1 month later i find out all the wood floors are totally rotted out some of the wall framework is rotted out, there are live electrical wires left hanging & one outlet was so bad it was sparking it was so bad I just cannot believe they can get away with this, its terrible. then they protect themselves by stating on their paperwork they cannot be held liable for any claim made against them. What a load of hogwash....
