These guys did a custom one-off, small time job for me yesterday from the Mukilteo location. Also, it was on my dime, a non-insurance job. Serious, this is the best body repair job I've seen in a long time, would recommend them to everyone. For a small-time job they could've slacked and maybe saved some coin, but no, it was pro all the way, and returned to me in factory condition. They even detailed the truck before I picked it up. Nice work guys! PS: They finished it two days early!

These guys at Professional Collision in Mukilteo are great! I have an Acura TSX that that needed repair from a minor collision. The color is Nighthawk Black Pearl; think black metallic with hints of blue and purple in the light. I say this because the paint match job they did was so perfect I cannot tell where they repainted painted and the original begins. The dent where the person hit me was in a bad location right along a crease in the rear quarter panel. After they were done you cannot tell anything happened. I also had them repair a scrape I put in the front plastic bumper since it was in. I figured it would still show a little when they were done, but not so. It looks brand new. The only bad part about how good they did is I dont want to drive the car in case it get hurt again it looks so good. I will recommend these guys and especially Marcus to anyone I know that needs auto body repair.

Their customer service & workmanship was top notch! I took my Yukon in to them after damaging my front bumper. My repair was totally out of pocket due to my deductible and the Estimator found a great less expensive after market alternative that looked better than the OEM bumper. Prior to contacting Professional Collision, I called Al's truck for a used bumper and they quoted me more for a used painted bumper assy (uninstalled), than for an installed brand new Chrome one from here that included parts, labor, & tax! On top of that, they turned my repair around in 24 hrs. I am very picky about customer service and the quality of workmanship at the businesses I take my stuff to and I can say honestly without hesitation that this place will get all my future business!!!!!

Professional Collision in Mukilteo was fantastic! I really appreciated the manager Dylan explaning to me in detail about the repairs to my car. My car only had 3500 miles on it and I was concerned about it looking like new again. When I got it back it looked perfect! Great shop and great service!

The staff at Professional Collision treated me great, kept me informed and most of all got my car back to me looking better than before my accident. I would highly recommend them!

This last week I had my Toyota RAV4 in the Mukilteo Shop for repairs from a rear-end accident. The experience was exceptional. The entire staff is highly professional and a pleasure to work with. They lined up the rental for me, which was waiting there for me when I arrived for the vehicle drop-off. When I had questions, the General Manager took the time to answer all of them.I have already referred a friend to them and she had her vehicle repaired there, and I would gladly do so again.
