These folks have consistently good food. It's authentic Japanese food, (I lived in Japan for three years.) This is a family owned and operated restaurant, and they take real pride in their work. Very clean premises... both in front of and behind the counter. Their menu is pretty much a standard one for a Japanese teriyaki restaurant. They use good quality ingredients, and their portions are generous. Nothing fancy, but a good place to have lunch/dinner, and they do takeout too.I prefer Miako Teriyaki over other area asian restaurants.
