Our daughter came home from the waddler room here with a deep, serious bruise on her face one day - the worst bruise she's ever had. No one at daycare could tell me how it happened. The director hung up on me when asked what teachers she was with that day. How can a 12 month old have such little supervision that you don't know when she got hit or injured so badly? Unfortunately, this wasn't our first problem but it was the last as we never allowed her to return. This daycare is UNSAFE. Do not leave your children here, even if it's the only place open. Your child would be safer with no supervision than with these people.
