This is a terrible place to work! If you are from Muenster or nearby small town you will be fine, if not, be warned...you will never fit in! Also, remember when they say they have an open door policy this is so untrue...if it's something they don't mind hearing or agree with they will listen, if not you will be referred to the office manager where she will deal with you in any manner she has to which includes lying or twisting the truth. They've also been known to fire people without being fair to all party's involved. If there is a situation that needs to be handled by management, it will be overlooked until it's too late. I know people that have been harassed here and tried to get something done about it and it was never taken care. Being here was much like being back in school. Workers are even allowed to make fun of co-workers clothes. Remember, if you are from Muenster or nearby town or related to anyone here or good friends with management you will be okay!
