Heneghan and Associates, P.C. (HA) was founded in 1986, as a multi-disciplined civil engineering and surveying firm. We provide professional services to public and private sector clients. Our team of highly respected, educated, and experienced personnel has grown to a staff of more than 30 employees serving four Illinois offices in Mt. Vernon, Columbia, Godfrey, and Jerseyville and one Missouri office in Arnold.
