Attempted to call 4 separate times. Played phone tag with Mark. Finally got him and he said he could likely come out to give me an estimate that evening. Said he needed to check his schedule and would call me back to let me know when he could come by. He never called. Very disappointed! If you are too busy then pass on the business and say so; otherwise it is just rude.

This is a very friendly professional tree company. I had a tree removed and they left my place clean and spotless. Loved their prices and customer service. I have more tree work that needs to be done and will definetly use Kent again.
