Worst Experience in my life with a plumber/HVAC company-- and I've owned 3 properties! Where shall I begin? New HVAC installation summer 2010. Multiple problems. NEVER returned phone calls. Complete avoidance. Eventually, had to call another company to correct their damage costing an additional $250. Now-- 6 months later (Dec 2010), the company I used to correct Schoenwalder's damage from the summer came out to correct additional problems. I learned that schoenwalker did NOT even install an item as they had indicated. Just stuffed wire into a "blackhole". Another $500 today. You can look them up on the BBB (F rating). I confronted them about that. Don't believe it when you are told that was due to the previous owners-- not them. Unfortunately, I did. Tried to save a few $ since their quote was better than 3 others. Cost more $ and headache in the end. Initially, you'll think they are sincere and genuine. Don't be fooled. Consider yourself warned. Stay AWAY!!

I called Schoenwalder on a Monday when my boiler wasn't working. Joe came out that afternoon. That man SAVED my mother's life!! My heat exchanger was craked and leaking carbon monoxide, when I indicated we had detectors, he showed us that the batteries were dead. They came out the next morning and installed a brand new boiler and had the heat working by 1pm. Very professional and neat. I would highly recomend to anyone.

I had a problem that was plaguing my home for the last several years. Everytime that it rained, my basement would get lots of water. I hired several different plumbers to try to resolve my problem all to no avail. I finally hired Bill and Joe and their team at The Richard Schoenwalder Group and when they where done, none of my pumps came on even in the heavy rains. A neat, quick and professional job.
