This place is very chaotic in their process. We spent nearly two hours there to reserve two pairs of boots and one pair of skis. On the day we picked up the skis, I had to wait for another half hour after the agreed time for them to finish up the binding tests.Their equipment quality is questionable as well, as after one day of beginner ski by our 6 year old daughter, one of the binder broke(the plastic split in half), so we ended up to rent another sets of skis at the ski resort. When we returned the skis, while the store manager admitted it was an old binder, we got charged for the replacement price for a brand new binder. We hoped to save time by renting in the bay area instead of at the resort, but we ended up wasting more time. Overall it was a bad experience, and it was the only bad experience we had so far renting ski equipment in the bay area as well as at various ski resorts in Tahoe. I hope this is an isolated incident, but I would never rent there again.
