On countless times I have tried to report a review on my google business site. I have had a local person, lets call him Mr.X that has put his review on my google business site, to cause disruption and doubt concerning my business and great damage. This person in his comments is clearly stating was a guess at a gite next to my private home 6.6km away from my business. The information is untrue, (nobody stayed at the gite and the name has been made up) unjust and a continuing form of bullying and harassment. This person is clearly sick mentally unstable and needs professional help. Please take Pierre servanton (as this person signs his fake surname with a small 's' of my Utopia Garde d'animaux 23 site. Your review platform is ridiculous! There is no option to report fraudulent reviews, reviews that are directed at the wrong business that has a name similar to another, and not allowing businesses to respond to reviews is terrible. Glass Door appears to be the best support platform for business reviews because the do delete false claims and reviews. I do not recommend Google...

Google is letting someone charge money from my banking account to pay them and they don't know, or claim, where the money is going or who really doing it. I have contacted them several times and also the bank. Still working on it. Watch you bank statements....

It would be nice if somebody at Google would answer a phone

Despite its shortcomings and complaints about its lousy customer service, we must recognise the tremendopus impact it has made on the lives of billions of human beings through its various products and services--Google Search, Chrome Browser, Blogger blogs, Youtube, Adsense, Adwords, Android phones, Gmail, Orkut, Google Apps, Places, Groups, Sites, Docs, Calender, Notebook, Google Earth, Maps, Desktop, Sitemap and billions of dollars the founders and investors have made. I've been using Google products for a few years now, which include Gmail, Calendar and also the new Grand Central. From time to time, I will use Docs and Sketch Up. I truly admire their products because they simply work and they have been free which is icing on the cake! I wished that Google was not protected legally from many of their aggressive data collection practices. Nevertheless, I find that more people are using Google these days.
