My insurance co refer this collision center to me and I did some research they were very professional and the price quote is very reasonable fair pricing compare to other well-known collision center. I had a huge dent on the side of my Toyota. I brought it to my mechanic and he recommended me to a new body shop in Mountain View, Auto Body Bliss. It was conveniently located by my office. I dropped my car off and they said that they would handle all of the paperwork and deal directly with the insurance company. On top of that they gave me a lift back to my office. When all said and done they handled all of busy work and the turnaround time was only 3 days. I would definitely return to this auto shop and recommend people to go there.

Just had my bumper fixed @ FCC's. They helped me and were quite efficient and cordial. The job was done beautifully! The whole car looked like new again. Yes. The job was done according to schedule and I was given a call to let me know when it was ready. Now that's what I call good service. I recommend them without reservation.

My husband and I recently took two of our cars there and were extremely pleased with the results. We needed body work and new paint on our 2008 Lexus Sedan and also some work done on our 2007 Audi A4. The body work and paint matching was flawless. Justin was great to work with and rushed both of our jobs to fit our busy work schedules. Highly recommend this shop as they really take the time and the owner is hands on!

Work in palo alto but live in east bay on my way in had a flat cracked my rim ask a coworker where I can get a rim he said auto body bliss , looks like there a body shop, they can do it all. I know where I'm going the next time I need my car looked at

I brought my 2007 Honda Civic to Auto Body Bliss for a brake pad replacement. Their quote was $30 less than the shop down the street. Auto Body Bliss used original Honda parts. The job was finished quickly (in less than 90 minutes), and the car runs great. 'Couldn't ask for better service. I definitely recommend Auto Body Bliss.

They were one of the preferred vendors from Farmer's for the person who hit my car. They took a look at it, I dropped off the car, and got a rental car right next door. I was able to watch progress on their website throughout the week, they would take pictures and post them so I could see what was happening. I picked up car as scheduled, without hassle. The paperwork had all taken care of. 30 days later I called to get a final wax job over the new paint, and they took care of that at no charge. They even gave me shuttle ride over to my work.

The guys over at FCC Collision Center are all very helpful, friendly, and professional. When I walked into the shop, I immediately felt comfortable as the shop was clean and inviting. Benny was the guy who oversaw the damage that was done to my car. Unfortunately, my car was hit while parked on the street in front of my home in the middle of the night (driver side quarter panel) so I didn't see nor did any of my neighbors seen who do it. I was very furious. Back to Benny, he was very friendly, thorough and honest with his estimations. My car was done and completed within the next 4 days. I must say that the body work they did was flawless - my car look brand new if not better! Color match of the paint was on point and my car never looked like it was damaged at all. In addition to that work, I also had them intall a spoiler, which they did great work on as well. I would definintely recommend this shop to anyone needing any body work for their vehicle. Their work is top notch and service is even better. Greg, the shop manager was also very accomodating and answered and addressed all my inquiries. He even paid for 1 day of my car rental! If that isn't awesome customer service, I don't know what is.

Everyone from the receptionist to the representative to the mechanic was EXCELLENT, kind patient, friendly.

We were able to get in and have our needs met right away. They were always prompt, it wouldn't take very long for the job to be done. It was always within their time frame.

Our Odyssey was ready 2 days earlier than quoted. FCC has always done an incredible job on our vehicles. Unfortunately, we have needed them 5-6 times, and have always been extremely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend FCC, and would not consider taking our Odyssey or BMW elsewhere.

I've had them do 4 different vintage cars (from 1958 through 1987) -- their work was excellent in each case. I didn't want (or didn't want to pay for) a show quality job, but a good to excellent paint job. That's definitely what I got. They have an excellent master painter (probably the key to success in any paint shop) and carefully monitors the work of the other guys.
