- Our Vision: To establish a community-based network to have in place to become the first line of defense and emergency response for natural disasters, community crises, and times of need. Our network will fill the void between time of disaster and arrival of government agencies. Help your local community and fellow neighbor out by joining us TODAY! Our Mission: To reconnect our communities and build a platform to provide services that will assist each other and re-establish the community bond that our nation was once proud of. Our Goal: To develop an interconnecting network of civilians who are trained, certified, and willing to assist one another. These workers and volunteers within local communities will create our first line of defense and provide assistance alongside governmental and municipal agencies.
