I give zito media 0 stars they were to perform a service repair and they failed to show up so I canceled and they still fail to show up to pick up their merchandise. 0 media is a horrible company when it comes to customer service and overall performance

I would give it a zero but I digress. Zito Media has failed to uphold their end of our service agreement. They never send techs out, only to "Tier 2" Tech support who just says there isnt a problem. They dont respond to BBB Complaints, and refuse to refund the days where i have zero internet.

the internet is supose to be high speed, but it is not..

This is the worst service for internet and cable. I know this review will not change anything but I am so frustrated that I feel the need to vent. Internet service is constantly grinding to a slow crawl and about 30% of the time drops to nothing. We had to switch from using Zito Media Cable to Dish Network for our TV service because it was so bad. But because Dish Network relies on internet for program listings and DVR functions it has seriously impacted the quality of their service. In our part of town we have no other choice for internet so we are stuck. We only pay for their medium speed but I do not see how paying them more money for a higher speed internet service will improve anything. We are already paying to much for the bad service we're getting now. We have complained in person countles times but this has fallen on deaf ears!If you rely on internet for business, Netflix or Satellite TV service and have a different internet option use it. Zito Media is the worst!!

Better internet speeds, service and prices out there than what Windjammer cable offers
