This is not the same Brooks Medical Supply that is on HWY 62E. I have gone there (62E store) often for supplies and information and have never had a problem. They solved my problems!

I so wish I'd have read these reviews before sending my elderly mother in to their shop. She was in tears after leaving. How do people like this stay in business in a retirement community is beyond me.

I could not agree more with the other review. Rude, obnoxious, dismissive and those are their good qualities. If that woman manager was a man she'd be wearing dentures now. I went to Davie Medical and was treated professionally by personable and more importantly, knowledgeable folks.

The worst service, and, probably the flat-out rudest business I have ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

You will regret it if you do.
