The front desk lady (oriental lady) has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. I spent almost $500 for 8 days for my mother to stay there and for the money we spent she was treated very poorly. I would not recommend that any one stay here.Called many other places and the prices are very comparable for the condition and room sizes, but this place is definitely not the place you want to stay. Made rude comments stating that my mother doesn't speak english and acted as if that was a problem. after arguing with them, Manager very rudely tossed my mothers money at her and told her to leave if she was done. Please for the money stay somewhere else.

The owner is a heartless theif. A friend of mine was in need of a place to stay for a week until he could get into permanent housing. I dropped my friend off at the West Winds hotel on a Sunday and paid for his room for a week sometime during the night he passed away and his body was found the next morning. The owner of the west winds hotel was the one that contacted me about his death and yelled at me on the phone telling me that my friend was dead before the detectives had a chance to come to my house and tell me what had happened. A week later I called the West Winds hotel asking when I could expect reimbursement for the time that he had not stayed there and I was told that her lawyer would contact me. On that Sunday before I checked him in, I asked the owner if there was a chance that he can get into his permanent housing sooner than a week if I would be reimbursed for the time that he did not stay there she assured me that I would now she will not reimburse me due to the fact that he died in one of her hotel rooms. The guests there at the hotel appeared to be very shady people and it made me very nervous and uncomfortable because I believe most of the guests there, it is their permanent housing. Don't be fooled by the fresh paint and the landscaped flowerbeds. it's a scary place.

Dont go here! Me and my fiance stayed and I had a laptop,we left and locked the door and when we came back unlocked it to get in! And my laptop nothing else was taken and I told management and asked them to look at their cameras,I had to ask if they looked and they said oh we can't see anything it was raining...it didn't rain!I have no proof but I believe someone from the staff took my laptop...it was a dump the bathroom leaked druggies all over also.The days in across the road is much better west winds is shady!!!!I give 0 stars but must click on one

i live right around the corner from this motel. i take the bus often, which has a stop right in front of this motel. the people that i see , going to and from this place, is scary.

The people were pretty nice, and the rooms are updated, it seems like the new owners are really turning the place around. I am going to start booking photography sessions for the motel rooms, because its such a decent price, with a large window with great natural light

Not only is this a run down dump, I was charged for towels I didn't take 4 days after checking out. The management argued with me on the phone, telling me that only possible answer was that I was a thief, then promptly hung up and refused to answer the phone. Rude scam artists running a dirty, smelly, nest populated by meth heads and crack whores. Steer clear.
