SPARC, also known as the Skagit Preschool and Resource Center, is a private and nonprofit agency that provides educational, therapeutic and behavioral programs. It serves children with developmental disabilities from birth to age six in the Skagit County, Wash. The center provides services in the areas of motor, cognitive, social, adaptive and communication development. SPARC also offers opportunities for parents to participate in classroom, home visits and meetings. It serves children of the Mount Vernon School District in preschool. SPARC is located in Mt. Vermont, Wash.
