There isn't a rating high enough to express the first rate service you will get at Northwest Chiropractic Clinic! While stopped in our vehicle, my husband and I were rear-ended by a car going 70 mph that left us with both with very painful whip lash, back, arm, shoulder, wrist and knee injuries. It is unbelievable the miraculous relief and healing that we experienced while in the care of Dr. Jeff Rindal and Dr. Brian Rindal. They take the time to find out exactly how your injury happened, from how you were sitting, your hands positions, your head etc. every detail to understand how the accident injured your various body parts. They both really care about their patients and take the time to ask, listen and address everything. It was utterly amazing the relief we got from their precise adjustments. They work as a team. Often we would have one appointment with Dr. Jeff and then right into see Dr. Brian where he would do this cutting edge A.R.T. ("Active Release Technique") on us. With amazing skill and some special instruments Dr. Brian can actually break up newly forming scar tissue in damaged muscles and tissues to expedite your muscles to heal properly. This really is a full care facility to help you fully recover. They have everything from laser treatments, professional massage therapists, physical therapy and more. I did the customized neck and back exercise home program they designed for me and my neck and back feel strong again! I can't end my review without raving about the office staff. Denise who greets you and manages appointments etc. will having you feeling like you're at your home away from home. Really! If your injury is an insurance claim.... don't worry, they handle the insurance claim paper work flawlessly so you can focus on your recovery! I hadn't been to see Dr. Rindal for 7 years prior to the accident. Didn't have a need to. But 7 yrs ago I had low back pain and chest pain. I had seen three different doctors, had numerous expensive tests from them, which ultimately led them to prescribe the little purple acid reflux pill to me. I mentioned this to Dr. Rindal at my appt 7 yrs ago.... It was amazing, he asked if any of the doctors had tested me for a hiatal hernia. After I told him no, he figured out that's what I had. He did some special adjustments, it cured my hiatal hernia, and I never had to continue taking that prescription drug or endure all the side effects that go with it! So from now on, if I should have any future ailments, I will see Dr. Rindal first. There are so many things that can happen elsewhere in the body that are connected to nerve endings in your spine etc. that with Dr. Jeff's 30 plus years of wisdom doing this, he more than likely will know exactly what to do!
