Manager rarely answers phone. Our call was returned very quickly when we were potential renters, but our many calls were unanswered shortly after move-in concerning our maintenance requests for the bad conditions. To move in and find the garbage disposal didn't run and the sink didn't drain was disgusting... we lived with that for a month before finally getting the management to take care of the problem. Meanwhile, we were given a violation notice for keeping our bicycles on our patio (the lease says there is a storage area, but there isn't). In short, the management is extremely nit-picky concerning renter offences, but does causes delays and run-around for their own much larger problems. The dumpsters are also not emptied often enough, so people with no choice but to pile garbage next to the dumpsters... then animals get at it and the wind blows it around, so the parking lot gets filled with garbage. They refuse to put screens on the windows as well, so in summer the bugs get bad.

Positive: Easy to qualify on short notice. Negatives: Walls and ceilings are thin, and management is slow to respond to maintenance requests. When we first moved in, management said apartment would be clean. The carpet, however, was filthy.
