We received terrible customers service at College Way Self Storage. We rented a U-haul truck on line and when we wanted to pick it up we were informed that the keys were locked in the truck and they would do nothing to help us get them out. They refused to call a locksmith or call U-haul. U-haul was not helpful either by telling us to call College Way Self Storage back. I would be afraid to use their storage units if this is the type of customer service they provide. I would tell all my friends to NEVER use them. If I could give them a "no star" rating I would have.
