Don't move here.... rent goes up constantly. (has gone up more than 50% in past 3 yrs) You get harassed on a regular basis for the dumbest things. Owner constantly threatens eviction when he's not happy about things. Forces "rules" that probably aren't even legal!! My best advise.... find a different park or private property for your mobile home. I'm looking to move mine now!
