Called to order a cake, but phone call was never returned. Finally went in to place order. The artistry & taste of the cake was wonderful, however, my honest opinion is that for the price, they should possess REALLY great customer service skills. Always seem rushed, short and somewhat annoyed to spend more than just a couple of minutes helping you plan for your special occasion. The local grocery store bakers are way more friendly and welcoming for half the price. Cakes from a grocery store are not even comparable in taste or design, but an appreciation for having your business would make it worth going back.

These ladies did my children's birthday cake, Willie Wonka theme. It was the most unique and tastey cake! They also got in ready for me in short notice.
