Depending on the end of town I work, I have 2 hair establishments that are my all-time faves and Chez Laure' is one of them. As another reviewer stated, they call you by name, they cut/style how you ask (this was big for me) and if you still need a little more chopped off or are just unsure if you like a new cut/style, they always do their best to fix the issue. They never come off pretentious, like some salons can be. They are a great mix of class and down-to-earth people/results. Plus, Jaime does amazing highlights!

I enjoy the service. Employees are always curteous and in a cheerful mood. I have never recieved a bad haircut and stylist are willing to correct mistakes if any. (Although like I mentioned before, I have always recieved excellent stylings. Staff also get to know you and your family. They call you by name.
