      they are a family run business that only cares about the bottom dollar ! the office is very unorganized and dont know when employees are supposed to be at work. if employees fill out papers for time off they dont cover shifts for them and then blames them for not showing up, usually telling the client that the employee refused to come to work. they blame clients and employees before taking responsibility for their unorganization. after hours when calling the on call phone most times it will not be answered. I was left laying in my own urine all night after my catheter came out and no one would answer the on call phone. the owner told my stna I was spoiled cause I expected my 20 hrs of aide service a day to be covered. after being upset about this and telling the owner how i felt about it the company dropped me as a client after 6 yrs .everyone in the office including the head nurse will be really nice to your face but behind your back is a total different story! the owner even told stna's that people are more trouble than they are worth. I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs more than s babysitter.
