Structural design custom homes is a general contractor in business for over 25 years. We started OUT AS master carpenters and expanded to ALL phases of construction inside and OUT. With NO JOB TOO large or TOO small. We only USE licensed SUB contractors for ANY of your needs. We specialize in ALL phases of home renovations (interior and exterior). Handicap accessibility. And have ALL licenses and HUD and EPA certifications for lead abatement AS well AS having certification for mold removal. We are licensed and insured in Nassau and Suffolk counties and most of the villages. With OUR clients including town of babylon. Brookhaven. Greenport. Islip. Huntington. And Southampton community development agencies and long island housing Partnership's employer assisted housing/ first time HOMEBUYERS program and NSP construction. We are doing jobs for LIHP for over 20 years. We Also work with private home owners AS well AS business renovations large and small. Before we DO ANY work. We PUT the drop clothes down.
