They are efficient, prompt, and completely frank and honest.
This was the first time using Master Mechanical and I could not be more happy with my experience. Out of nowhere, my air conditioner just was not working right. Found Tom from the BBB website. Gave him a call. Told him the sooner this gets fixed the better. He made time to came out that day, late afternoon. Found the problem and was able to fix it immediately. He also checked the whole unit over and said that it was in good shape and to just get it serviced next year. Saved us some money and was so incredibly nice and professional. I am definitely using them again in the future. Two thumbs way way up!!!
