I do not know where to start. I have nothing but good things to say about this amazing salon in Mt. Prospect. This is not the best salon in MT but in mu humble opinion best salon in Chicago land area! Nikki is an artist with comb and scissors, I always get great complements about my hair color and haircuts. Renata has been my facial girl for years and I will not allow any other Skin Care specialist to touch my face ever!! This is truly highly recommended salon!!

Great salon in Mt. Prospect. I use all their services. Diana is my stylist, Halina my manicurist and Renata wax girl. Love them all!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Jack Alexander Salon & Spa is Fantastic!!! I went in last week expecting to get the same look I've always gotten when other people have done my hair. I've explained to several hairstylists in the past how to cut and color my hair, and they could never get it just right...until the specialists at Jack Alexander Salon & Spa did my hair. I am a regular customer with Diana Fink and I love her work. She does a great job with cutting my hair and makes sure I am satisfied with the hair cut. I would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend her. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

Ive heard a lot about this salon and i was hesitant at first since i had not let anyone cut my hair besides my own hair stylist, so when my friend recommended me she insisted Diana style my hair. My hair is really difficult since it is long and natural curly, Diana really knocked one out of the ball park and i love what she did to my hair thanks so MUCH!!! I will be back at Jack Alexander Salon & Spa soon!!
