This place was terrible. The owner was rude and obnoxious after I just spent 90.00 in there for a pedicure and manicure for me and my mom. They do not have the knowledge and ability to perform their services. They have no professionalism whatsoever and they don't know how to treat their customers. We will never go back there again.

I just came back from this salon. I sat under the dryer for 20 mins. And realized my nails were not drying and were very bubbly. I told the manicurist she then put a another clear top coat. Went back and sat under for ten more mins. My nails are still very bubbly and an hour and a half later are still very tacky. Never had a basic manicure that took over an hour. Very Disappointed

I actuall ynejoyed this place very much. The guy was very friendly and gave me two free designs. I don't see how they were rude. He cut me a little bit with the nail file but the two free designs made up for it. All in all; good service. they took my mom and I right away so no complaints :)

Terrible service. I was in town for a holiday weekend, I thought I would treat myself to a Mani/pedi. I sat for 30 min before they started working on my nails and they were very slow. They kept walking away and coming back. They did a terrible job on the mani and pedi. I would never go here again.

Just had gel tips put on. I like Gel because you don't have to wait for drying. Well I was there 2 hours. And 47.00 later they look terrible. My Granddaughter could have done a better job and she is 9. This guy had no clue what he was doing. I should have refused to pay but I was to happy to get out of there. Never again

Went with my daughters for a pedicure that they were treating me to. No time spent with us and couldn't understand what they were saying and the girl doing my pedi was only talking to the girl doing someones nails. When we went to pay they tacked on another $5 to each of us .. when we questioned it she said it was for shaving the skin off our feet. Everywhere else I have ever had a pedi that was part of the service. I showed her the sign in the front that was clearly marked with the price and and no where did it say extra for anything. They suddenly got rude with all of us and ruined the whole girls day out experiance. NO I wouldn't not reccomend this place. My pedi is already chipping not even a half week later, plus they charge for things they don't tell you about and rush you. Don't waist your hard earned money.

I have been going here for several years now. I have always found them to be courteous and fun to chat with while they do a great job. Myself and both of my daughters prefer to go here and we have been to a lot in the past. I get acrylic nails, pedicures and eyebrow waxing and have never been dissatisfied. I can't say enough good things about this business.

Where to start? The first time was okay. They had a friendly rapport with my mom, but at times I felt uncomfortable with the things they were saying. But my mom is a big girls and she dished it back. The last time I was there I was the last person to leave bc they made me wait an HOUR for a pedicure. They kept promising I was next. The pedicure was quick and she did not take her time. They also try to trick you into spending more money. To top it off, they STOLE my iPod that I accidentally left on their counter (I was the last person out because they were closed. The manicurist was busy giving herself a pedicure) and the owner hung up on me when I called asking for it the next morning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! I'm filing as many complaints as possible!

I went to Fantasy Nails the other day to get a full set acrylic nails and a pedicure. Well, not only did whoever do my full set not do a good job (he spent maybe twenty minutes total on my nails, and the polish job looked like it was done by a third grader) but he did my pedicure, and made fun of my feet. I found it very uncomfortable, and it was not appreciated. I would not recommend going here if you have expectations about customer satisfaction. The technicians are not people friendly, and talk to the other technicians, while ignoring you. There are other options for better service with the same price you pay here.
