KB is the BEST in my opinion. They always pay close attention to my clothes and they make me look sharp! They are always busy, so I'm guessing that I am not alone when I say that they are #1!!!!!!!!!

Had a horrible experience with this cleaner. Ruined my brand new comforter by ripping two holes in it and refused to accept responsibility. I took a month old comforter in with cranberry stains and a DAY AFTER they said they'd have it done...it was still not done. So I took it as is and found TWO HOLES ripped in it. I called and eventually talked with Erin, the manager and she got mad at ME for asking that she replace my comforter. She said 'how dare I question a business that has been in Charleston for 28 years." She said my comforter must have been defective and refused to do anything about it...not even a refund of the original cleaning fee! Do not deal with them!
