My goal as a counselor is to create a supportive environment in which you can explore your emotional needs and overcome barriers that limit your full potential. I am trained to provide counseling for issues relating to: Depression and Sadness, Substance Use, Anxiety and Stress, Communication/Socialization, Arguments/Conflict Resolution, Trust, Academics, Weight/Eating Disorders, Trauma, Mood Dysregulation, Sleep, Self-esteem.
