Would not recommend...although he took my money for a wedding album, he did not deliver. Some of the wedding party even had faces cut out of the picture!!!

See the summary below of our experience as it was relayed to the BBB... he did not compensate us at all for the sub par album:



6/6/03 - Signed contract with Mr. Sluka for wedding photography - A year and 3 months in advance.



9/21/04 - Four days before the wedding, Mr. Sluka calls and reports that he double booked for that day. He then states "he has someone who can take our pictures", this person is not an experienced wedding photographer, which is obvious on the wedding day. Being that it is four days before the wedding, we have no choice but to take the alternate photographer.



12/4/04 - Having not heard from Mr. Sluka, we call and he states we will have the proof book by January 5, 2005.



1/11/05 - No proofs and no explanation, we call Mr. Sluka. He states that he will have the proofs to us by Thursday, January 13. We needed the proof book by that weekend - parents visiting from out of town.



1/18/05 - Proofs are not received by that weekend, in fact they do not arrive the following Tuesday.

4/11/05 - Sent order to Mr. Sluka by certified mail. No response.



6/5/05 - Approx 2 months, I call and e-mail Mr. Sluka about the album. He states he called us back upon receipt of the order, he requires the proof book for the order. My wife and I never recv'd this message, nor does his order form state the proof book is needed for ordering.



7/11/05 - Mr. Sluka receives the proof book certified mail. He states turn around time is approximately 10 days to 2 weeks.



I sent an e-mail to Mr. Sluka on 8/5, he has not responded. When I call I just get a machine. I am running out of options, I thought I would try this before pursuing legal channels.
