I can't say anything about their paving ability, but I can speak to their lack of common sense when it comes to respecting others in the neighborhood. One of the gentlemen parked his vehicle and equipment in front of multiple mailboxes. The mailman couldn't begin to get to the boxes and just drove on by. Someone needs to clue in the crew on how to park and where!!! I don't give this behavior any stars!
