Bought replacement headlight bulbs for 98 Honda at store, rep went out to look at car for how to do it and said, "the front bumper must come off to do this" -WRONG . Took car to a auto garage and had it done for $20 without removing the bumper, they just used there hands. So what does that tell you? Autozone just didn't want to do this.

Staff should be required to take formal training in diagnoses/repairs of cars. Their misguided assesment of my car could have cost me HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN UNEED PARTS!! Thankfully, I received a second opinion that was correct. I will never trust this brand again.
