HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! RUDE STAFF!!! The ONLY postivie about this place is a beautiful and relaxing building.

I am in the military and have a certain insurance, when I made my appointment I gave them my information to which was approved for coverage for my visit. I also filled out my information online prior to my appointment. I had an evening appointment and when I arrived the receptionist was poliet and took my information. A few minutes later another lady came over to me, who was very rude and told me that they do not take my insurance, INFRONT OF THE WHOLE OFFICE, I was so embarassed. I knew that they were mistaken and tried to be seen anyhow. The lady was so unhelpful and wouldnt even tell me aballpark of a price to be seen without insurance. I felt so belittled and was horrified of how poorly they treated me. I felt like they did not care about me as a patient. I left in tears because of how horrible and rude the lady was to me. She saw me crying and while walking away mustered a pathetic "sorry". Also, the lady told me she would call me the following day to follow up on my insurance issue. That was over two weeks ago and I still havent received a follow up phone call.

I will never go back there! You have been warned, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I wish I could give negative stars.

I was referred to Dr. Levin from one of my friends. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of time she spent with me during my visit. It was comforting to know that she totally cared about my issues and wanted to make sure that all of my questions were answered.

Given my experience with Dr. Levin, I thought I would try their Esthetician, Tara. She too was knowledgeable and friendly. My experience with Tara was just as pleasurable and most of all.... she didn't try to sell me anything on my way out the door. Two thumbs up for that!

I would highly recommend both Dr. Levin and Tara to my friends.

Beautiful office. Dr.Levin and her staff were very helpful and very informative. I had so many questions regarding the proper treatment for my skin condition. I had a chemical peel with an hour long facial. It was fantastic. The esthetician very professional and made me feel very comfortable, as this was my first type of esthetic service. I would definitely recommend this treatment. My skin looked like it was glowing 3 days after the treatment. Loved it!

i agree. this place looks nice. but i have had issues with the front desk as well. theyre young stuck up brats. also, the esthetician tried diagnosing me with melasma and was trying to sell me all these products, and then dr levin saw me and said i dont have that. so she was trying to rip me off! and the girl isnt a dr, so why should she be saying i have a skin condition when shes not a dr? hmmmm. theyre very snooty. its a shame cause dr. levin is nice. but her staff are real a**holes!!! she should clean house!

Great website, nice building ONLY. Ya make an appointment to see a doctor ya get a certified nurse. The office is staffed with just rolled out of bed teens. The nurse is no more knowledgeable than a simple Google search and they highly recommend their online pharmacy that in reality is the worst online business I've ever seen. I hope you appreciate this review. I'm pretty sure the others are staged.

Dr. Levin is great! The staff is friendly and the services they provide are everything I need. I had an embarrassing sweat problem and they have this great new procedure. I think its called MiraDry. It worked great and wasn't painful at all!
