      Home Radio Promotion Consulting Marketing Artist Management Shameless Self Promotion RSP is a successful Independent pop music marketing and promotion company that is contracted with most major and independent record labels, artists, and managers to assist in securing radio airplay and develop promotion strategies. RSP books and coordinates concert events, client parties, and various promotion activities for radio. Worked as the sole promotion representative in charge of securing radio airplay for record labels and their artists. Took care of the daily operation of the business. During my employment the record label participation increased by 35% and the radio station client base grew by 25%. Worked closely with the sales and marketing departments to coordinate the promotion campaigns with the wholesale and retail divisions. Responsibilities were promotion and marketing of all music distributed by Schwartz Bros. Distributors including Motown, Arista, and other music labels. Schwartz Bros. was very instrumental in the development of many recording artists by securing valuable radio airplay and getting music product into retail accounts.
