While the other big companies doing business in our area gave us estimates of $12,000-$15,000 last summer to get our air conditioning back running, Mount Laurel Heating and Cooling got us back up and running in no time and for one tenth the cost at only $1500! We recommend them to everyone! Those who take the recommendation are also thrilled, and those who do not call them wind up spending a whole lot more.

Bill ,the estimator, was very knowledgeable and quite friendly. This company was in partnership with Home Depot and had to reach their standards. The estimate was one of the best of 3 and was financed with my Home Depot card.

This was last year 11/3/11 and I had no heat in the coldest snap ever. they showed up one day after I approved the estimate. The crew was friendly and did a skillful installation.

They took time to explain what I needed to know on how to operate the furnace. They cleaned up and it was like they were never here. This year i got my annual check up. And the service man was once again a friendly and helpful guy. Doing his job well and taking time to give me a refresher course on operating my fancy thermostat.

So I'm a happy camper and happily recommend Mt Laurel Heating.

I am very displeased with the work of Mt. Laurel Heating and Cooling. I hired Mt. Laurel Heating and cooling to seal off my duct work and reroute a duct for increased airflow. First, the crew came 2 1/2 hours late. They spent a significant amount of time on their cell phones dealing with personal problems instead of working. I found their sealing job to be less than adequate. They missed a significant amount of duct joints and made a complete mess in my basement. For a $500 contract on such an easy request that I could have easily done myself, I would have expected them to at least do a thorough job (which is why I was willing to be overcharged in the first place). Unfortunately, they appeared to have better places to be as they left within 1 1/2 hours of being on the job. When I followed up with Doug Shipley, I was given 'Sorry to hear about your disappointment' and have not heard back from him since.



As such, I would not recommend Mt. Laurel Heating and Cooling to anyone as I do not believe they provide any value for the amounts they charge nor do I believe they stand behind their workmanship. Buyer beware.
