My son and daughter have been training here for six years. They love the program and the instructors are great! The owner truly subscribes to the Kaizen Principle of Continuous Improvement as the school is now in its third expansion within the same shopping center, and the programs continue to evolve. My son earned his black belt over a year ago and now, as a black belt, he gets to learn different styles of martial arts. he interest and skill level both continue to soar. Both of my children have become such disciplined, focused and respectful individuals, something I am affirmed about every day. Kaizen makes the payments so easy by using a martial arts billing company. I even started training a while ago and absolutely love it. After visiting 7 or 8 Martial Arts schools in the area, I walked into Kaizen Martial Arts with my 9 yr old son and observed the last few minutes of a very high energy class. I spoke with the owner and found his style and philosophy very much in sync with my own. My son was excited about "trying Karate" so we made an appointment to come back the next day. After one class, my son was hooked. It is now 3+ years later and his physical fitness and agility, strength and confidence, focus and discipline have all greatly improved. He is scheduled to test for his Black Belt in October. The Martial Arts training and the life lessons he's learned at KZMA, along with the community of friends he's made at the school, have made such a positive impact on his life.
