I am not sure if Starbucks are aware of the rude people that they have working for them but they should send in some secret shoppers to see how they treat the customers. I have been here more than once when the counter service rolled their eyes at customers ordering or was just talking to each other behing the counter and not assisting customers. When you are spending the money you do then you should get at least a smile. no such luck here.
