I had a leaking hot water heater tank on a Friday afternoon. I called Rooter Dude and made an appointment for the following Monday to replace the unit. Shayne arrived on time and answered any questions that I had and installed the unit. I was very happy with the service and will certainly recommend Rooter Dude.

We had another company come out before Rooter Dude to give us a quote and they quoted an insane price 3x higher and misdiagnosed the issue. Was very impressed by how quickly he came out and assessed the damage and provided an estimate. He was able to complete the repair the next day, and completed the work efficiently! You could not even tell that anyone had been digging in the yard as the lawn almost looked better than before they had to dig in there! Would highly recommend!
