The most customer friendly store around. The store is always sparkling clean. The produce fresh. the employees always go out of their way to be helpful. The bakery is marvelous! Just can't say enough for this store. Thanks for being there.

They have a really attractive store with a good selection. Except for deeply discounted specials their prices are a bit high, but they obviously have much higher overhead costs than their competition. I used the self-checkout to spare the employees the labor of checking me out. Everything was scanning properly including discounted items till I got to my first 12-pack of the Lipton Flavored teas (buy one/get one free). Robot voice:"Please wait for cashier assistance." I waited. I waited more. I began to look for someone. Nobody acknowledged that anyone was aware of my situation. I waited more. Finally I abandoned my cart and wet to Kroger. I have less patieence for that now. There is just no excuse. Someone should have been on the spot, even if to say "We will be with you in a minute". Publix is more expensive and customer service is poor. It is a nice and attractive store, but price and customer service are where the rubber meets the road. They need to learn that fast.
