Last Saturday our bed was delivered without the footboard. They said they would contact us about getting it delivered. They never contacted us. Five days later after calls and a trip to the store it still isn't clear why it wasn't in the delivery or when we can expect to receive it. Horrible service.

I would like to say that Doris at Ashley Furniture Store in Mt. Juliet, TN was very personable and took care of my needs. She explained and was very knowledgeable of the products in the store. I will be a lifetime customer of hers!!! Thank you for all your assistance.
