I had such a wonderful experience with this company. My car broke down in the of the afternoon. It was exremly hot and I had my 4 year old son in the back seat. I called tripple a and they sent risoldis out I only had to wait 10 minutes before the tow truck arrived. When the driver showed up on scene he was very polite and pleasant he looked very clean and professional! I was amazed with how quick they showed up and how respecful the driver was! This company will always be my first pick

This has to be the worse towing company in the entire state. When my car broke down I called triple a and they contacted resoldi's. Then when the tow truck eventually showed up the driver was dirty and covered in grease. He also pulled up smoking a ciggarette nd when I told him the smoke bothered me he blew it right in my face. This company has no respect or dignity and I would rather walk home than call them

On Tuesday, March 2, 2010 my car broke down & I required a tow. At approx 3:30 pm I placed a a call to my roadside assistance who then called Risoldi's Autonotive to come tow the car. Risoldi's told them they would be there in 45 mins or less. I had my 5 year old daughter with me, in the rain waiting ... and waiting ... After an hour I called AT&T back again ... they called Risold's who in turn said they would be there in 15-20 mins. After another 40 mins I called again, same response 15-20 mins ... After another 40 mins I called again, and again same response 15-20 mins ... After the next 40 mins I called again ... this time Risoldi's says they are on Rt 38, (where my car was), and would be there in a minute. 30 minutes later the tow truck FINALLY arrives. After my second call I filed a complaint with AT&T against the company and when the driver arrived I called Risoldi's myself. Brenda answered the phone & had ATTITUDE from the beginning. I told her I don't think I should have to pay
