Having owned a small lawn maintenance business and studied proper care of lawns, I became frustrated with my own lawn! I was having fungus problems as well as other issues that by summer's end looked like I had done nothing to maintain my lawn and found myself starting over each fall. I have known Aaron and his family for years as honest, hard-working folks. RDS was establishing a great reputation in our community, so I decided to give him a call and see if he could determine what was wrong with my lawn. One phone call and he was out there that afternoon to look over my situation. Within minutes he had diagnosed a huge part of my problem....over fertilization...yep...too much of a good thing! At no charge he gave me all the advice I needed to help my yard recover. I asked him to give me a price on taking over my lawn maintenance (I still do the mowing). Within 5 minutes he had crunched the numbers and showed me my annual cost. I knew how much I was spending doing it myself and was amazed at how reasonable he was. I am now going on my 5th year and have a beautiful weed free lawn that is green year around. I receive timely emails from RDS advising me of things I should do, especially how and when to water my lawn. While others enjoyed a crunchy brown lawn this year, my lawn remained beautiful with minimal watering. The seed he uses is superior to anything I have found on the market. His staff is always courteous and respectful of my property and folks who may be around. RDS is NOT a spray and go company. Aaron continues to educate himself and his staff on the best lawn establishment and maintenance programs including annual seminars at NC State University. If you want a more than a lawn service that sprays your yard a few times, plugs and throws out some seeds in the fall....look no further. RDS treats my lawn like it is their own...and they will do the same for you! They absolutely stand behind their work. All we have to do is follow their advice on watering and how to mow. If mowing is not your thing, they do this as well.

I've been using RDS Lawn Service for a little over 2 years now. My lawn was totally gone and within the first full year of their service it was totally turned around! Aaron did everything he said he would do to get my lawn looking great, and it does. I would highly recommend them for all of your lawn needs! It's been one of the best investments I've made!

I started using RDS over a year ago and it was the best decision I could make. It's so nice not to have to worry about keeping my grass green. With RDS my yards has looked pristine all year round.

RDS completely EXCEEDED my expectations! I honestly wasn't sure if anything could fix my yard but after seeing how great my neighbors yard was looking I was willing to give them a shot and I am so glad I did. My back yard was basically nothing but patchy weeds and lots of red clay, but after getting on their program i actually love looking out my window at the beautiful green grass that has taken root. My front yard had different issues...we have a very sloped yard and there were areas that grass would NEVER grow no matter what we did and the weeds were out of control...RDS changed that and I highly recommend that if you have one of those ugly yards and think it's hopeless, CALL THEM...their pricing is very competitive, their service is TOP NOTCH...remember you won't notice a difference overnight but their program works and before you know it you will have a lawn that others will ask you about!!

I use RDS for lawn care (chemicals), shrubs, and irrigation. If they were a little better on irrigation, I'd give them a 5. My wife tells people our lawn is EMERALD green. Very happy with it - best it has ever looked. And their in office staff is good to work with.

RDS Lawn Care has done a great job with our lawn. We started using them about 4 months ago at the reccommendation of our HOA president. They always show up when they say they will.. Calls to the office are either answered immediately or returned promptly. We are very happy with this company.

RDS Lawn Care are great at making sure our lawn is taken care of. They come by my house once a month and do what needs to be done to keep my grass green and in the best of health. I would highly recommend them.

We have been using RDS Lawn Care for around a year now and I think they could really get the job done. They turned my lawn around both the front yard and the back, their weed control services is effective and the fertilization really helps my lawn look green and healthy. One suggestion I do recommend, if I could see my service schedule on an mobile app that would be great, it's convenient to send out service requests or concerns (with pictures) via the app, or even keep track of the watering schedule or something like that.

I have been using RDS for about 4 years now. They have completely turned my yard around and done what I could not. It is also very convenient to not have to worry about what chemicals to use and when to use them. I have recommended several other people to RDS and they also have been very pleased.

I used RDS Lawn Care Services for more than a year now, I got to say their services is second to none. Before using RDS my lawn started out like crap and at first, I am a little skeptical about whether their package services could help, the customer service is very patient regarding any questions that I have and they always help me and give me suggestions to better improve my lawn. I had a contract with Scott Lawn Care before but I think RDS did a much better job with less $$$. Their aeration and reseeding services are also great, with proper watering schedule (which RDS also shows me how to do it), my fescue backyard is looking really great and I'm very satisfied. One downside I could think of and they could improve on might be sending us text messages regarding the service schedule, they did send out the schedule via email but sometimes they got filtered as junk/spam messages. Other than that, I think RDS is the #1 choice for anyone if you live in NC/SC area.
