I got the best eye exam that I have ever had in my life. Dr. Fox did tests that no one had ever done at any other office, and she does not charge you for every little test. Her prices on eyeglasses cannot be beat. I got bifocals with a frame for $99. I love my new glasses, and I can now see! I highly recommend Dr. Fox.

I had forgot all about it being time for my childs eye exam this year and i called in and they worked her in in just a few days! Then we went to pick out glasses and they had a great deal $49.00 for complete glasses with warranty's. You can't beat that! Dr. Fox is great with kids and parents. We Will Be Back Next Year!!!

Worst service I have ever received at dr office. VERY UNPROFESSAIONAL. Mostly the Dr.fox seemed detached from the questions I asked and uninterested in my problems. Don't see her.

I am very thankful that they do outside glasses. I was not told by the other doctor we went to that they did not make Medicaid glasses. When i called around this was the only place that would help me and my children. They did say it would be 6-8 weeks for them to come in and they called me in 5 weeks. There are very nice people that help us.Thank you!

The office staff is quick to rush you off of the phone or in the office in order to get more money. Don't let the other reviews on this site fool you. They most likely were placed by the staff themselves. If you have Medicaid in NC this office or one in Kings Mountain will probably be one of your only choices to get your frames. Don't call in to check if your glasses are in or not, they will tell you that they told you that it would be such and such time and hang up on you. 2 Thumbs Down!
